Tutera Senior Living & Health Care (Kansas City, Mo.) has completed phase 1 of a $6.5 million renovation at The Village at Mission in Prairie Village, Kan.
The project remodeled 26 resident units and first-floor common living spaces, including the main dining area, bistro lounge, fitness center, multipurpose room, and activity/cooking room.
The operator will begin phase 2 of the renovation in July, which will add a 2,500 square-foot therapy gym, 20 private rehabilitation suites on the first floor, and 14 memory care units on the second floor.
The addition is scheduled for completion in 2023.
