Momentum Senior Living (Irvine, Calif.) opened The Seville senior living community in San Clemente, Calif., according to a news release.
The 87-unit community consists of 63 assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
Amenities include a movie theater, fitness center, heated pool, salon, and chef-led restaurant.
Harbert South Bay Partners (Dallas) is the developer on the project.
