The Ridge at Westlake Village, an assisted living and memory care senior living community, is expected to open this winter in Westlake Village, Calif., according to a news release.
The 126-unit community will be managed by Oakmont Management Group (Irvine, Calif.), which manages senior living communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living names.
Amenities will include a rooftop bar and lounge, wellness and fitness center, movie theater, and technology center.
The community will also feature landscaped walking paths and an outdoor courtyard.
