IntegraCare Corporation (Wexford, Pa.) and Avenue Development (Indianapolis) are planning a new 130-unit senior living community in York, Pa., according to an article in pennlive.com.
The Residence at Fitz Farm will include 68 independent living units, 42 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units as well as a short-term respite program.
Amenities will include walking paths, a fitness center, hair salon, bistro, and library.
The project team includes Rosemann & Associates (architect; Kansas City, Mo) and Warfel Construction (construction; East Petersburg, Pa).
The 124,000-square-foot community is scheduled to open in early 2023.
