Operator Weathervane Senior Living (Wayne, Pa.) is on track for an early 2026 opening of The Residence at Boyertown senior living community in Colebrookdale Township, Pa., according to Berks Weekly.
The 3-story, 131,000-square-foot community will house 54 independent living units, 50 assisted living units, and a 22-unit memory care neighborhood.
Amenities include restaurant-style dining, a pub, fitness center, theater, salon, sunrooms, and community rooms. Outdoor amenities include terraces, patios, and walking paths.
