The Reserve Strathmore Square Senior Living Community To Start Construction In North Bethesda, Maryland

The 220-unit independent living community is part of a 20-story mixed-use development and is expected to be completed in early 2028.

Co-developers Fivesquares Development (Washington, D.C.) and NexCore Group of Denver (Denver) have begun site-preparation work for The Reserve Strathmore Square independent living community in North Bethesda, Md., according to Bethesda Magazine.

The community is part of a 20-story mixed-use building, one of three to be built as part of the Strathmore Square development. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is a partner on the project, which will abut the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station.

The Reserve comprises 220 residential units with ground-floor retail spaces. Amenities include an indoor pool, black box theater, top-floor lounge, and outdoor deck with a pickleball court.

Experience Senior Living (Denver), a subsidiary of NexCore Group, will operate the community.

Construction is expected to be completed by early 2028.
