The Reserve At Lone Tree Planned For Colorado

The 200-unit luxury community will include an indoor saltwater pool with spa, rooftop bar and restaurant, and pickleball court.

Experience Senior Living Development (Denver), a NexCore-owned company, plans to break ground on a new luxury senior living community in Lone Tree, Colo.

The Reserve at Lone Tree will become part of the 3,500-acre RidgeGate mixed-used community and will feature 124 independent living units and a five-story building with 60 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. Independent living units will be up to 1,650 square feet in size, while assisted living units will range from 430 to 1,100 square feet.

The project will feature a courtyard with a built-in amphitheater, art and sculptures, greenhouse, and sport court.

Residents will also have access to multiple interactive dining venues, activities spaces, a maker’s space, indoor saltwater pool with spa, fitness center, rooftop bar and restaurant, dog run, pickleball court, salon, and coffee shop.

The community is scheduled to open in 2024.
