Developer Oppidan Investment Company (Excelsior, Minn.) and operator Ebenezer Management Services (Minneapolis) have opened The Pillars of Prospect Park in Minneapolis.
The 10-story community features 283 units including 229 independent and assisted living units and 54 memory care units. The ground floor has 1,900 square feet of space for a future retail tenant and 6,230 square feet of space for a daycare center.
Amenities include a club room, fitness center, roof deck, bistro, and salon and spa.
