The Pillars Of Lakeville Breaks Ground In Minnesota

The 132,000-square-foot project is expected to wrap up construction by spring 2023.

Operator Ebenezer Management Services (Edina, Minn.) and national property development firm Oppidan Investment Company (Minneapolis) broke ground on a new senior living community in Lakeville, Minn., according to an article in rejournals.com.

The Pillars of Lakeville will include 100 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. The residences will be offered in a variety of floorplans and include in-unit washer/dryers, quartz countertops, and balconies. Amenities will include a fitness center, salon, pickleball court, sky lounge, parlor, and pub.

The 132,000-square-foot project will also be connected to an adjacent church, school, and childcare center.

Construction is expected to be completed in spring 2023
