Joint developers Gulf Coast Housing Partnership (New Orleans) and Pearl Street Community Development Company (Jackson, Miss.) opened The Pearl, an affordable senior living community in Jackson, according to a news release.
The 55+ community consists of 76 one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, community room, and on-site health center.
The project was funded in part by an $850,000 Affordable Housing Program grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.
