Management company Atlas Senior Living (Birmingham, Ala.) and developer Abbey Residential (Birmingham, Ala.) are nearing completion on The Oscar at Veramendi, a luxury senior living community in New Braunfels, Texas, according to communityimpact.com.
Set to open in the spring of 2026, the independent living, assisted living, and memory care community will house studio, one-, and two-bedroom units, an indoor pool, full-service salon, sports bar with billiards, movie theater, and art studio.
Outdoor amenities will include a terrace with a garden and water feature. Services provided will include outpatient rehabilitation and a wellness clinic with an on-site nurse practitioner.
