The Oscar at Veramendi, a new 231-unit senior living community, has opened in New Braunfels, Texas, according to The Herald-Zeitung.
The community houses 175 independent living, 40 assisted living, and 16 memory care units. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, salon, movie theater, and gym.
The community also offers three dining concepts: a bistro, fine-dining restaurant, and sports bar.
