The Osborn Senior Living Community To Begin Expansion In Rye, New York

The Osborn, a senior living community in Rye, N.Y., is set to begin construction on a major expansion, according to the Rye Record.

Plans for the 56-acre community include 108 new independent living and assisted living units, a wellness center, renovated dining venues, and other flexible recreation areas. The wellness center features a lap pool, sauna, golf simulator, and multipurpose fitness studios.

Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners (New York) is the project architect, and Greenbrier (Dallas) is serving as development consultant.
