The Oaks at Whitaker Glen, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), in Raleigh, N.C., is undergoing a multiphase expansion.
Situated on 20 acres, the $385.5 million project will add 246 independent living units, from studio to three-bedroom models; 82 assisted living units; and a 106-bed skilled nursing neighborhood.
Residents will have access to a resort-style pool, spa, poolside grill and restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool, bistro, putting green and golf simulator, walking trail, greenhouse, and gardens.
PruittHealth, a post-acute care services provider, is developing the project.
