Nonprofit Mather (Evanston, Ill.) is planning to open the first of two high-rise buildings at The Mather Tysons, a luxury, 62+ continuing care retirement community (CCRC), in Tysons, Va., according to the website ffxnow.com.
The project will include 16 assisted living units, 20 memory care suites, and 42 private skilled nursing suites.
Amenities will comprise a fitness center, indoor pool, art studio, spa, and four dining options, all located on the CCRC’s third floor.
The Mather Tyson’s second 18-story high-rise building is slated to open in the fall.
