Momentum Senior Living (Irvine, Calif.) is set to begin construction on The Marisol, a 214-unit luxury assisted living and memory care community in Huntington Beach, Calif., according to a news release.
Units will be offered in studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a community store, wellness lounge, pool and spa, salon, golf simulator, wellness gym, and arts and craft studio.
VTBS Architects (Santa Monica, Calif.) is the design firm on the project, which is expected to be completed in 2028.
