The Louise Affordable Senior Living Community Opens In Washington, D.C.

Developer Urban Atlantic Development (Bethesda, Md.) has opened The Louise, a new affordable senior living community in Washington, D.C., according to housingfinance.com.

The Louise is houses 93 one-bedroom units for residents ages 62+ and is an addition to the Lisner-Louise-Dickson-Hurt Home campus, which offers 45 assisted living units.

Amenities include a computer center, salon, hobby room, fitness center, outdoor patios, and landscaped gardens.

Wiencek and Associates Architects (Washington, D.C.) is the designer on the project.
