Renovations have been completed at The Lofts, an assisted living and memory care community within Village On The Isle, a not-for-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Venice, Fla.
The five-story, 80,000-square-foot facility offers six new floor plan options.
The project team, including design firm RLPS Architects (Lancaster, Pa.) and Stevens Construction (Fort Myers, Fla.), the construction manager, replaced the interior finishes to modernize the common areas and updated the exterior façade, allowing for more natural light into the community Improvements. A new memory care program was added to the second floor that features an urgent response system. Plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems were also replaced in the 35-year-old facility.
