The Lodge at Autumn Willow, an affordable 55+ senior living community, opened in Fairfax, Va., according to yieldpro.com.
The two-story community houses 150 residential units, a community center, a serenity studio, and reading cove. The 20-acre site also includes outdoor recreation spaces such as walking trails and courtyards.
The project team includes architecture and interior design firm KTGY (Washington, D.C.).
