Clearwater Living (Newport Beach, Calif.) has opened The Leonard on Beverly, a luxury senior living community in West Los Angeles, according to a news release.
The 7-story building comprises 100 units offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Residences are available in studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans.
A rooftop terrace features grilling stations, an activity lawn, and fireside lounge. Other amenities include multiple dining venues—a chef-led restaurant, casual bistro, and exhibition kitchen—as well as a library, theater, and learning center.
