Developer The Integral Group (Atlanta) is planning to build Veranda at Assembly, an affordable senior living community in Atlanta.
Situated on a 2.9-acre site, the four-story wood frame building will house 100 residential units in one- and two-bedroom floor plans with granite countertops and luxury vinyl tile flooring.
The community will have 3,000 square feet of amenity space including a bistro/café, fitness room, yoga room, and a rooftop outdoor terrace.
The project team includes Dynamik Design (architecture; Sandy Springs, Ga.), McShane Construction Company (construction; Auburn, Ala.), and SK Collaborative (construction consultant; Decatur, Ga.).
Veranda at Assembly is expected to be completed in June 2024.
