A new 55+ senior living community, called The Hogan, has broken ground in Missoula, Mt., according to an article in missoulian.com.
The project will include 36 residential units, as well as common kitchens and gathering spaces.
It’s being funded by $8.4 million in private capital from about 20 local investors, and will be located adjacent to First Presbyterian Church, which formerly owned the site and is one of the investors on the project.
The project team includes MMW Architects (architect; Missoula) and Quality Construction (general contractor; Missoula).
Construction is scheduled to be completed by spring 2023.
