The Haven at Sky Mountain in Hurricane, Utah, added 18 new independent living villas, according to an article in stgeorgeutah.com.
The new units, situated adjacent to the community’s assisted living and memory care community, feature 1,400 square feet of open living space with high ceilings, a full kitchen, laundry room, front and rear covered porches, and an oversized single-car garage with storage space.
The independent living community also has its own clubhouse, pool, pickleball courts, and pavilion.
