The Hallmark continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Houston expects to start construction in 2027 on Uptown Oaks at The Hallmark, a 21-story tower expansion of the campus, according to a news release.
The 385,000-square-foot project will add 120 upscale independent living units, with floor plans ranging from 1,250-3,000 square feet.
Amenities will include a wellness center with yoga and massage, multiple dining venues with views of the city, an art and hobby studio, café, movie theater, and pool.
The project team includes PRDG Architecture (designer; Houston) and Brazos Presbyterian Homes (Houston), a nonprofit that manages The Hallmark.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2030.
