Commercial real estate firm MedCore Partners (Dallas) acquired The Grove on Forest Lane, an 86-unit assisted living and memory care community in Dallas, according to multihousingnews.com. The community was formerly called The Avenues on Park Forest.
MedCore is planning exterior and interior renovations, including amenity enhancements and common area upgrades.
The project team includes design firm Senior by Design (Dallas).
