The Fountains at Latrobe senior living community is under construction in Unity Township, Pa., according to triblive.com.
The first phase of the project consists of 22 assisted living units and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The second phase will add 20 memory care units and is expected to be completed by June 2025.
The community is being developed by Indiana healthcare attorney Mary Colkitt, who opened her first senior living community The Fountains at Indiana, in Indiana, Pa., in 2017, according to the Indiana Gazette.
