Operator Life Care Services (Des Moines, Iowa) opened The Delaney at The Green, a new senior living community, in Florham Park, N.J., according to the website connectcre.com.
The Delaney includes 128 independent living units, 58 assisted living units, and 34 memory care units.
Residents have access to various dining venues, a salon and spa, fitness studios, and movie theater.
The project team includes architecture firm Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners (Lambertville, N.J.) and interior design firm StudioSix5 (Austin, Texas)
