Senior living hospitality firm The Aspenwood Company (Houston) is planning to open The Crestmoor at Green Hills, a luxury senior living community in Nashville, Tenn., according to a news release.
The 12-story community will house 191 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and penthouse floor plans.
Amenities will include multiple dining venues, a wellness and fitness center, landscaped courtyards, and walking paths.
The community will welcome its first residents in March 2025.
