Owner Anthemion Senior Lifestyles (Weston, Mass.) opened The Cordwainer, a 54-unit memory care community in Norwell, Mass.
Amenities include indoor and outdoor sensory gardens, a wood workshop, barbershop and salon, private suite for families, and performance and rejuvenation centers.
The community also houses an on-site resource room with educational materials on dementia for families and friends.
The project team includes The Architectural Team (architect; Chelsea, Mass.) and Nauset Construction (general contractor; Needham Heights, Mass.).
