The Cardinal at North Hills in Raleigh, N.C., operated by Kisco Senior Living Community, has completed expansion of its wellness center, which doubles the studio and gym size.
The addition of the wellness center adds more than 960 square feet to the existing 1,309-square-foot community and features an expanded gym space with cardiovascular and strength equipment, along with a stretching station and training equipment.
Updates to the ladies’ locker room, including an additional shower and seating, were also added during the expansion.
New City Design Group was the architect (Raleigh, N.C.) on the project and the builder was Bobbitt Design Build (Raleigh).
