Blake Management Group (Jackson, Miss.) and Cardinal Ventures Inc. (Jackson) are opening a new senior living community in Little Rock, Ark.
The 153,000-square-foot The Blake at Chenal Valley will feature assisted living units with one- and two-bedroom suites and studios; 55+ independent living cottages with two- and three-bedroom options and garages; and memory care units.
A clubhouse will also be situated on the 4,800-acre site.
