The Birches on Maple senior living community opened in Carrollton, Ga., according to a news release.
The 55+ community includes River Birch Place, a 3-story tower housing 55 one- and two-bedroom independent living units, 52 assisted living units, and 29 memory care suites. Also part of the development are The Cottages, independent living semi-detached homes.
The project is a collaboration between healthcare provider Tanner Health (Carrollton, Ga,); developer Linco Development (Carrollton); contractor Ralin Construction (Atlanta); and senior living management firm Beacon Communities (Boston).
