The Benedict Apartments Affordable Senior Living Community Opens In Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Denver held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of The Benedict Apartments, a new affordable senior living community in Glenwood Springs, Colo., according to The Sopris Sun.

The project houses 34 one-bedroom units for seniors 55 and older in a 4-story building named for the late Fritz and Fabienne Benedict, whose charitable gifts 30 years ago were intended in part to provide affordable housing solutions in the Denver area.

The project team includes Shopworks Architecture (architect; Denver) and FCI Construction (builder; Grand Junction, Colo.).
