Edgewood Senior Solutions Group of Massachusetts (North Andover, Mass.) is planning The Baldwin, a 62+ continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Londonderry, N.H.
The community is scheduled to open this fall.
Residents will have access to on-site healthcare, a fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, multiple dining venues, multiuse theater/auditorium, art studio and gallery, woodworking shop, library, classrooms, and underground parking.
Several of the community’s amenity spaces will be open to the public, including a spa and salon, convenience store, and dining venues.
The project team includes DiMella Shaffer (architect and interior designer; Boston), SMRT (architect; Andover, Mass.), Harvey Construction Corporation (construction manager; Bedford, N.H.), Crowley Cottrell LLC ( landscape architect; Boston), Trident (project manager; Salem, N.H), and OnePoint Partners (senior living advisor; Topsfield, Mass.).
