The Bailey at Bridge Park in Dublin, Ohio, aims to bring a luxury independent living community to the 30-acre mixed-use Bridge Park development. Bridge Park includes townhomes, apartments, restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and ample green spaces.
The 200,000-square-foot, 87-unit senior living community for active adults will offer residential units in a variety of bedroom and bath configurations ranging in size from 1,060 to 1,700 square feet.
Designed by MA Design (Columbus, Ohio), the five-floor, independent living project takes advantage of its sloping site to create a ground-level secured parking garage and an elevated amenity terrace featuring outdoor activities and gathering areas.
The Bailey at Park Bridge is a partnership between developer Crawford Hoying (Dublin, Ohio) and Friendship Village of Dublin, an adjacent independent living community.
The new $34 million independent living community is slated for completion in 2024.
