Operator The Arbor Company (Atlanta) and multifamily manager and developer Alliance Residential Company (Scottsdale, Ariz.) are planning a new luxury senior living community in Delray Beach, Fla.
The Arbor at Delray, scheduled to open in early 2023, will include 187 residential units, including 89 independent living units, 76 assisted living units, and 22 memory care units.
Amenities will include a fitness center, yoga studio, as well as on-site therapy and rehabilitation.
