The Abbington at Gilbert, a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, is scheduled to open this fall in Gilbert, Ariz., according to the website gilbertsunnews.com.
The senior living community will house 86 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two bedrooms/two-bathroom options.
Residents will have access to a salon, fitness center, movie theater, and library.
