Officials at the West Texas Rehabilitation Center, San Angelo, Texas, broke ground earlier this week for a new medical facility that is expected to consolidate an array of services into one central location. According to an article in the San Angelo Standard Times, The Stephens Family Center for Hospice Excellence will be the newest addition to the existing services provided to the region by the West Texas Rehabilitation Center.
