Owner/operator CTC Management (Madison, Wis.) plans an expansion of Tender Hearts Assisted Living in Howard, Wis., according to the Green Bay Press Gazette.
The community will add 14 studio apartments for assisted living and memory care, as well as more common areas and a back entrance. Tender Hearts currently has 50 private residential units in two buildings. The expansion will include a third building that connects the two existing buildings.
Construction is expected to start this fall and take about nine months to complete.
