Sunset Senior Communities (Jenison, Mich.) is continuing a multiyear expansion at its Waterford Place campus in Jenison with a new independent living unit, according to the website grbj.com.
The Glens South addition will comprise 62 units with one and two bedrooms options. The 800- to 1,500-square-foot units will include a washer and dryer, central air, and a patio or balcony.
The expansion also includes 20 lakefront villas in a pocket neighborhood called The Cove, as well as a new fitness center, bistro, and chapel.
