Sunrise Senior Living (McLean, Va.) is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Manhattan Beach, Calif., according to the website la.urbanize.city.
The new community will include 95 residential units, a kitchen, common areas, and basement parking for 61 vehicles.
The project is slated to take 20 months to construct.
HPI Architecture (Newport Beach, Calif.) is the architect for the assisted living community.
