Sunrise Senior Living (McLean, Va.) announced the opening of Sunrise of New Dorp in Staten Island, N.Y.
The 85,000-square-foot, four-story community includes assisted living and memory care units as well as a bistro, theater, salon, enclosed courtyard, and outdoor pergola.
The community is located adjacent to New Dorp High School and will offer opportunities for intergenerational learning and connection building between Sunrise residents and local students.
The project team comprises Moseley Architects (architect), KBE Building Corp. (construction; New York, N.Y.), and PWC Companies (contractor; New York).
