Developer Bangor Housing (Bangor, Maine) is nearing completion on the construction of Sunridge Senior Housing, a new affordable senior living community in Bangor, Maine, according to wabi.tv.
The $16 million project comprises a 3-story, 50-unit community, which is expected to open this summer. Of the 50 units, 44 are one-bedroom floor plans and six are two-bedroom.
Amenities include a community space, on-site laundry, and accessibility features such as walk-in showers and grab bars.
