Summit Senior Living (Albany, N.Y.) will open Summit at Halfmoon, a 55+ senior living community this month, in Halfmoon, N.Y., according to the website timesunion.com.
The senior living community houses 110 residential units, available in one- and two-bedroom options. Each unit includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, maple cabinets, and a private balcony or patio.
Community amenities include a library, movie theater, tavern, spa, indoor pool and sauna, and pickleball and bocce ball courts.
The project team includes general contractor BBL Construction (Albany, N.Y.).
