Developer Rachel Development Inc. (St. Michael, Minn.) and operator Lifesprk (St. Louis Park, Minn.) are planning a new high-acuity assisted living and memory care community in Apple Valley, Minn., according to an article in Sun This Week.
Situated on 3.9 acres, Summers Ridge of Apple Valley will include 40 assisted living and 24 memory care units.
The 42,986-square-foot, single-story project is slated for competition in 2021.
