StoryPoint Senior Living (Medina, Ohio) is planning StoryPoint Portage South, a new 172-unit community in Portage, Mich., according to the website mlive.com.
Situated on 9 acres, the 177,064-square-foot project will include 93 independent living units, 37 enhanced living units, 21 assisted living units, and 21 memory care units.
Units will be offered in studio, studio with kitchenettes, and one- or two-bedroom with full kitchen models.
Plans call for multiple dining venues, outdoor activity areas, a common space courtyard, salon/barber shop, fitness center, library, media room, business center, and multipurpose room.
The project is slated to open in early 2025.
