National affordable housing developer Standard Communities (Los Angeles) is planning a new affordable community, Aspen Wood, in San Ramon, Calif.
Situated on 1.4 acres, the community will house 123 residential units.
Amenities at the 130,000-square-foot community will comprise a community room, recreation deck/courtyard, fitness center, business center, and pet spa.
The project team includes LCA Architects (architect; Oakland, Calif.), Deacon (general contractor; Pleasanton, Calif.), and Black Mountain Development (developer; Pleasanton).
