Affordable housing developer Standard Communities (Los Angeles) is planning the $55 million Aspen Wood affordable senior housing community, in San Ramon, Calif.
Situated on 1.4 acres, the 130,000-square-foot community will house 123 units.
A community room, recreation deck/courtyard, fitness center, business center, and pet spa are also planned for the project.
The project team includes LCA Architects (architect; Walnut Creek, Calif.) and Deacon (general contractor; Sacramento, Calif.).
