St. John’s United Plans 55+ Active Adult Expansion In Billings, Montana

The new Aeries neighborhood will include 101 units in a 12-story building.

St. John’s United, a retirement community in Billings, Mont., is planning a new 55+ active adult neighborhood, according to kulr8.com.

The neighborhood, called Aeries, will be housed in a 12-story building with 101 units. The project will also add an arts and crafts area, pickleball courts, dog park, and new dining options for all residents.

Construction is expected to take two years to complete.
