Splendido, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) for residents 55 and older in Tucson, Ariz., has renovated its amenity spaces in Tucson.
The project includes upgrades to the CCRC’s five restaurants, indoor and outdoor lounge spaces, spa, wellness center, fitness center, cinema, meeting room, library, billiards room, and art studio.
Design firm HBA (Los Angeles) is on the project team.
